Samantha Schnell

My name is Samantha Schnell, I teach 1st and 2nd grade at Zion.  I graduated from Saginaw Valley State University in 2012 with an Elementary Education degree and an endorsement in Early Childhood Special Education.  After graduating with my Bachelors degree, I spent a few years teaching in special education preschool classrooms focusing on students with Autism Spectrum Disorder. 

I also taught kindergarten for three years before coming to Zion. My husband and I joined Zion Church in 2017 and have been incredibly grateful to be a part of the school and church community.  We are also excited to raise our three children as part of the Zion community for years to come.  Besides spending time with my family and teaching,

I love being outdoors, gardening, off-roading, and baking.  I am truly blessed to be a part of the Zion team and to grow and share God’s love here.
