Euchre Fundraiser: Join the Cambodia Mission Trip ladies for a night of White Chicken Chili and Euchre this Saturday, November 22nd at 6:30p.m. Entry is $5 and don’t forget your quarters. It will cost you if you are euchred. Proceeds will go to the cost of the mission trip.

Gift cards for Bay Count Foster Children serviced by the Bay City Wellspring Office will be collected again this year for Christmas gifts. We are collecting $30 Walmart gift cards and/or $30 checks made out to Wellspring Lutheran Child and Family Services. The cards or checks can be dropped off a the Wellspring office at 6019 Westside Saginaw Rd in Bay City or the Economy Center located at 408 Columbus Ave, Bay City, MI. On All Saints’ Day we remember our loved ones who have died in the Christian faith. Listen tow hat is read by the pastor during the Preface before we receive Christ’s body and blood: ” Therefore with angels and archangels and all the company of heaven…” We are reminded that our worship and celebration of the Lord’s Supper are not limited by time and space.
Reformation Day will be celebrated this Sunday. Following worship there will be brunch and light entertainment in the cafeteria of the school. Everyone is invited, bring the whole family and learn why we are Lutherans. Everything will be provided for this occasion by the Fellowship Committee, thanks to a Thrivent Action Grant.

There will also be a “mission” themed puppet show for the children’s message presented by Zion students. Please keep the team and Stronghold, Cambodia in your prayers! Zion will be holding a door offering that weekend to support the members going.

April is Mite Month for LWML. If you would like to contribute, there are mite boxes to take home and fill. They are located in the narthex right beside the wooden mite box on the table. You can return the mite boxes by placing them in the wooden mite box at any time. Thank you for your support.
