member congregation of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod, lcms.org, we believe in the Triune God: \u00a0 Father, Son and Holy Spirit.\u00a0 This is the God Christians have confessed faith in for centuries with the words of the Nicene Creed (see below).\u00a0<\/p><p>This God has made himself known through the words of the bible, which we believe to be the inspired and inerrant word of God.\u00a0 We believe <i>Luther\u2019s<\/i> <i>Small Catechism<\/i> is a faithful summary of the main teachings of the Bible.\u00a0 For more information on our beliefs contact the church office and ask for one of the pastors.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9944cae elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" believe in one God,<\/span><\/h6><p><span style=\"color: #486994;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 the Father Almighty,<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #486994;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 maker of heaven and earth<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #486994;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 and of all things visible and invisible.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #486994;\">\u00a0 And in one Lord Jesus Christ,<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #486994;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 the only-begotten Son of God,<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #486994;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 begotten of His Father before all worlds,<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #486994;\">\u00a0 God of God, Light of Light,<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #486994;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 very God of very God,<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #486994;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 begotten, not made,<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #486994;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 being of one substance with the Father,<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #486994;\">\u00a0 by whom all things were made;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #486994;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 who for us men and for our salvation came down from heaven<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #486994;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0and was incarnate by the Holy Spirit of the virgin Mary<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #486994;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0and was made man;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #486994;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0and was crucified also for us under Pontius Pilate.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #486994;\">\u00a0 \u00a0He suffered and was buried.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #486994;\">\u00a0 And the third day He rose again according to the Scriptures<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #486994;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0and ascended into heaven<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #486994;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0and sits at the right hand of the Father.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #486994;\">\u00a0 And He will come again with glory to judge both the living and the dead,<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #486994;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0whose kingdom will have no end.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #486994;\">\u00a0 And I believe in the Holy Spirit,<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #486994;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 the Lord and giver of life,<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #486994;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 who proceeds from the Father and the Son,<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #486994;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 who with the Father and the Son together is worshiped and glorified,<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #486994;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 who spoke by the prophets.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #486994;\">\u00a0 \u00a0And I believe in one holy Christian and apostolic Church,<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #486994;\">\u00a0 I acknowledge one Baptism for the remission of sins,<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #486994;\">\u00a0 and I look for the resurrection of the dead<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #486994;\">\u00a0 and the life of the world to come.
